About Me
Currently, I am an analyst and economic expert. I analyze the rental housing market in Poland. I periodically analyze the availability of apartments, the profitability of rental investments and the involvement of banks in financing the construction sector. I carry out a nationwide survey of apartment tenants' preferences in Poland. I am the project leader of a survey of households' sense of financial security.
Since 2015, I have been a researcher and university lecturer. I give lectures on topics including: business management, managerial decisions, market research and economic and financial analysis. Currently, I am an Research Adjunct Professor at the Institute of Management and Quality Sciences at the University of Kalisz. At the same time, I am an economic expert at the National Bank of Poland. Before my doctorate, I worked for many years in business. Among other things, I was an organizational manager, process management expert, manager and director, and executive manager. I gained my managerial experience mainly in Germany and Austria.
